These controls are to provide alternative means of accessing the information on this page. Two main facilities are provided: adjusting the text size and listening to the text on the page.
1) Adjusting Text Size:
You can increase the text size by clicking on 'Larger' (access key '+'), and reduce it by clicking on 'Smaller' (access key '-'). You can reset the size back to its original value by clicking on 'Reset' (access key 'j')
2) Listening to the Text

(b) Widecombe Fair - to agree financial arrangements for 2013 following a verbal report from Roger Vale, Widecombe Fair Committee
(c) Walkabout - clerk to report on matters discussed on the walkabout and to agree further actions, where necessary
(d) Community Right to Bid - to reconsider nomination of assets
(e) ‘Moor than Meets the Eye’ - to reconsider the Parish Council’s involvement in this project
(f) Dartmoor Sustainable Development Fund – to consider projects eligible for this funding

(a) Payments for approval

(b) Audit 2012/13 - to note that the internal auditor has no issues to draw to the attention of the Parish Council arising from this year’s testing

(a) New applications/appeals
(i) 00260/13 – Fire precaution works to include heat and smoke detectors with control panel and extinguishers at Higher Uppacott, Poundsgate
(ii) 0259/13 – New porch at Lower Dunstone Farm, Widecombe-in-the-Moor
(iii) 0530/12 – Appeal against the refusal of full planning permission for change of use of land for two yurts and associated sheds, comprising shower, compost toilet and kitchen (retrospective application)
(b) Decisions
(i) 0138/13 – Change of use of existing one-bedroom ancillary accommodation to self-catering holiday let, The Shippon, Chittleford Farm, Widecombe-in-the-Moor
To note that DNPA has granted conditional planning permission
