This recital will be a chance to hear some of the finest young musicians on the international concert stages, including one of Classic FM’s Rising Stars, a City Music Foundation artist, and winners at numerous international competitions. The six musicians will performing in a concert showcasing their work.
The musicians, who are at the beginning of their professional career, will have been on an immersive Two Moors Festival residency on Dartmoor during which they will have been working intensively on repertoire from Bach to contemporary works with three of today’s leading exponents of duo performance, and will have had the opportunity to develop their duo playing skills, something often overlooked in training for both soloists and chamber musicians.
