Members to be reminded of their responsibility to continually update their Notice of Registerable Interests and invited to state whether they have any interest in the items to be discussed during this meeting in accordance with the Council’s Code of Conduct.  Unforeseen requests for a Dispensation to be considered at this point only if there was no way a Councillor would have been aware of such before the meeting.

• G Partridge – Weed spraying around the village – £100

(b)         Small Grants

To agree to offer two opportunities a year for community groups and organisations to apply for a small grant (October and March)    

     10.    HIGHWAYS       

(a)         Road Warden Scheme – to receive and sign the agreement between Devon County Council (Devon Highways) and Widecombe-in-the-Moor Parish Council

(b)         To note the response of the Highways Officer to issues previously raised and to report any new highways issues
