The meeting will be attended by Katherine Nietrzebka from Teignbridge District Council to talk about the Devon Active Villages project.. 1. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE 2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST Members are reminded of their responsibility to continually update their Notice of Registerable Interests and invited to state whether they have a personal or prejudicial interest in any matter to be discussed during this meeting. 3. RATIFICATION OF MINUTES To approve and sign the minutes of the meeting held on 3rd March 2011. 4. POLICE REPORT 5. COUNTY COUNCILLOR’S REPORT 6. DISTRICT COUNCILLOR’S REPORT 7. MATTERS ARISING (a) Devon Active Villages – Presentation by Katherine Nietrzebka (TDC) (b) Housing Needs Survey – to discuss distribution(c) Parish Field – to discuss lease for 2011 (d) Heritage Centre – update (e) Standing Orders and Finance Regulations – to agree draft proposals (f) Annual Parish Meeting – to confirm arrangements 8. PLANNING (a) New applications/appeals (i) 0069/11 – Erection of a single storey extension, formation of rooms in roof and new patio at Bonehill Bungalow, Widecombe-in-the-Moor This follows refusal of previous application and resubmission. (b) Decisions (i) 0541/10 – Convert redundant store barn to holiday let at Drywell Farm,, Widecombe-in-the- Moor Granted conditionally. (c) Other planning matters 9. FINANCE (a) Payments for approval: § Cheque no 000727 – Clerk’s salary and disbursements for December – £237.80 (b) HMRC – status of parish clerk and PAYE implementation (c) To note bank reconciliation The Annual Parish Meeting will be held on 16th March 2011 at 7.30pm in Church House. The next meeting of the Parish Council will be held on 7th April 2011 and will be preceded by the Annual Walkabout of the village at 7.00pm.
