3. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST AND REQUESTS FOR DISPENSATION

Members to be reminded of their responsibility to continually update their Notice of Registerable Interests and invited to state whether they have any interest in the items to be discussed during this meeting in accordancewith the Council’s Code of Conduct.

Unforeseen requests for a Dispensation to be considered at this point only if there was no way a Councillorwould have been aware of such before the meeting.

4. RATIFICATION OF MINUTES

To approve and sign the minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on 4 March 2021

6. PROJECTS

(a) Parish Field

(i) To receive a report updating members on the following:

DNPA advice re change of use
Pre-school
Water supply
Area around the entrance gate
Allotments

(ii) To receive a proposal that a section of the field be used to graze sheep only (details includingthe term of the tender, advertising and new licence agreement also to be discussed and agreed)

7. ESTATES

(Lead Councillors: Cllrs Fenton & Whiteside)

(a) Parish trees

To receive and consider quotations for tree work

(b) North Hall Field

To receive legal advice regarding the proposed lease and agree that the lease is renewed on a 15 yearterm (preferred by DNPA)

8. PLANNING/LOCAL LIAISON

(a) New planning applications/appeals:

(i) 0082/21 – Little Meadow, Widecombe-in-the-Moor

Replacement dwelling and associated outbuilding

(ii) Road past Lower Cator Farm, Widecombe-in-the-Moor

Proposed application to Stop Up land (Highways Act 1980: Section 116)

(b) Planning Decisions/Withdrawals

(i) 0625/20 – Blackdown Piper Farmhouse, Widecombe-in-the-Moor

Permanent use for temporary agricultural workers’ dwelling (principla dwelling) – granted ref0257/18

To note that planning permission has been refused

9. FINANCE & GOVERNANCE

(a) Payments

To receive and approve payment for approval:

– Cheque no 001071 – Clerk’s salary and disbursements (March) – £281.39

– Cheque no 001072 – HMRC (PAYE Q4) – £61.60

11.1 Dartmeet Telephone Box – to receive a response from Chris Hart, DNPA and to note that a letter has been sent to Mel Stride MP requesting a change in the process. Advice has also been sought from CllrParker-Khan re possible reinstatement
